Return & Delivery Policy

CANCELLATIONS
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or being prepared for shipment. If the order was already dispatched, then we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us within 4 hours if possible.

  RETURNS
As per our policy, we would accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, for any unused items. Item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging.

BROKEN PRODUCTS
If the product you receive is broken or defective, on delivery, we will send a free replacement. Once we receive your return, we can provide you with an exchange or refund to your original method of payment.

REFUNDS
If you wish to return the item for a refund, you must pay for return shipping and send the item back. We recommend purchasing insurance, signature and tracking information. We will apply a flat 15% restocking fee. These fees are applied to all refunds and can not be waived. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your item. You will get an email once refund is processed.

DELIVERY TIME
if the delivery time is exceeded the forecasted time which is 40 - 50+ days, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESSES
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

GENERAL STOCK
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase.

In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
