What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email order confirmation with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the site 17track.

Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in UK and China. Products ship from either warehouse depending on the stock availability of the item as well as your shipping address. Mostly all shipments will be shipped from china due to availability stock.

Product Questions

How do the 3D LED Illusion night light lamps work?
The product comes with an acrylic plate, base platform, and a USB cable.The acrylic plate design attaches onto the base platform. The base platform contains the LED lights that can be changed by touching the button. The night light works both by USB cable and also batteries. Please see the description of the product for more details.

Do you do custom designs?
Currently, we do not do individual custom designs. However, we do take requests and are ordering more products that may not be listed on our site. Please send us a message if you'd like to request a design.

How big are the night light lamps?
We do not have the exact dimensions of the products since it varies by design. The night lights can range anywhere between 3-8 inches tall.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. Please keep in mind that there may be processing and shipping delays due to COVID-19.

Please keep in mind that packages are shipped Monday - Friday and shipping times may be extended due to customs in your country. In the case that your package exceeds the estimated shipping time, please send us an email so that we can investigate.

Why has the tracking information not been updated in a long time?
Orders need to be cleared from customs before the tracking information gets updated. Packages are randomly checked by customs and may take longer than the estimated delivery time in the case that the package gets checked. Please keep in mind that packages are held up in customs more often due to the pandemic.
